Compensation Package
Base Salary: $180,000 per annum
Sign-On Bonus: $30,000 (payable upon start date)
Annual Bonus: Up to 20% of base salary, based on individual and company performance
Equity: 10,000 Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), vesting over 4 years with a 1-year cliff
